Overview
An article detailing support on extensions not being approved to install on the platform for Windchill+ servers.
Issue
During deployment of an extension in Windchill+ server on Platform 2.15, deploying any WC+ compatible extension will still show an error saying it is not approved to install on the platform.
Solution
Update to Platform 2.16
Or
Update to latest CPS (Releasing in June 2026):
