An article detailing support on how to access Report Manager when the action is missing in Quick Links

Error

When deploying Coversheet bundle, Report Manager will also be deployed. There is an error with Report Manager in versions 4.2 and above where the Quick Links action for Report Manager may be missing while you have 2.9 version of the Platform and below.

Solution

The current solution is to update to the latest platform (2.10 and above) or install the QMS Modules.

Workaround

If the solution cannot be applied, another way to access the Report Manager is by inputting the URL
